Tranquility Beauty Spa Cancellation/Deposit Policy

• We require 24 hours notice to cancel appointments, 48 hours notice for cancellation of slots over 2 hours.
• If less than the required notice is received then a charge of 50% of the treatments you have booked will be made.
• A 50% deposit will be required in advance of all bookings exceeding 2 hours.
